Return Policy

Defective or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If we missed something, we’ll fix it.

  • Eligibility: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Resolution: We offer a full refund or a free replacement for confirmed defects.
  • Shipping: We will cover all shipping costs for returning defective goods.
  • Standard Variations: Please note that minor thread ends, slight stitching variations, or microscopic stains are considered normal industry tolerances and do not qualify as defects.

Exchange Policy

  • All Items, including opened items, can be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of receiving the goods. 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.

Conditions for Return / Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

  1. Clean and unused (tried on for size is okay).
  2. In their original packaging with all tags/parts included.
  3. Free of blemishes, scents (chalk/perfume), or damage caused by improper usage.
