Free shipping to Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan on orders over HKD 500.Shipping fees apply to all other regions.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times vary from 2 to 5 working days depending on the destination.

Exchange Policy

No refunds

  • No refunds will be issued once the order is shipped.

  • All Items, including opened items, can be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of receiving the goods. 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Report Window: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods if you find any defects.

  • Process: Provide clear photos of the defect along with your order number for our records.

  • Resolution: Silent Worker will cover all shipping costs for verified defective item exchanges.

  • Standard Variations: Please note that minor thread ends, slight stitching variations, or microscopic stains are considered normal industry tolerances and do not qualify as defects.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

  1. Clean and unused (tried on for size is okay).
  2. In their original packaging with all tags/parts included.
  3. Free of blemishes, scents (chalk/perfume), or damage caused by improper usage.
