Products
Are your products allowed for competition?
Our Comp Tees meet the technical specifications of most powerlifting federations (100% cotton, round neck, button-free).
Regional & Local IPF Meets: Fully Suitable. Rules typically require technical specs rather than brand certification at these levels.
International IPF Events: Not Eligible. These events strictly require brands on the official IPF Approved List.
Other Meets (USAPL, WRPF, GPC): Fully Suitable. Fact Check: USAPL does not require an "Approved List" for their meets. As long as the tee meets physical specs, it is allowed.
Disclaimer: Final gear approval always rests with the Meet Director or Technical Officials on the day of the event.
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the Size Guide on each product page and visit our Team Silent Worker page.
What if I’m between two sizes?
If you prefer a tighter fit or plan to wear it for competition, choose the smaller size. If you prefer a looser fit or casual wear, choose the larger size.
Will the product shrink?
Our cotton products are pre-shrunk, but we still recommend washing in cold/low temperature and air drying to maintain the best condition.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, FPS, Alipay, WeChat Pay, GCash, Dana, Kakao Pay etc. (final options shown at checkout)
CanI modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not shipped yet, you can cancel your order and then place an order again.
How do I know if my order was successful?
You will receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Shipping & Logistics
Where do you ship from?
We ship via SF Express from Hong Kong / Shenzhen (For orders in Mainland China).
How much is shipping?
We ship via SF Express. Orders to Mainland China are dispatched from Shenzhen, while orders to other regions are shipped from Hong Kong.

- Weight Limits: The flat rates above cover standard apparel orders. Extremely heavy or bulk orders may incur additional surcharges.
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote areas or non-commercial addresses may be subject to a Remote Area Surcharge collected by SF Express upon delivery.
- Customs Duties & Taxes: Taiwan customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes required by local customs.

- Real-Name Authentication: Per Taiwan Customs regulations, all cross-border shipments must be verified via the EZ WAY (易利委) app.
- Checkout Info: Please ensure the ID Number provided at checkout matches your EZ WAY registration.
- Privacy Guard: Your ID information is used strictly for customs clearance purposes. We do not store or use this data for any other purpose.

How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Hong Kong & Macao: 2–5 business days
- Mainland China & Taiwan: 3–7 business days
- Other Regions: 7–10 business days

If you require urgent delivery (e.g., via DHL Express), please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. We will prioritize your shipment and provide a quote for the additional expedited shipping fees based on the carrier's rates.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to check the shipment status via our tracking center or the courier’s tracking system.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Exchanges: Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.
Returns: Returns for a refund are strictly limited to defective or incorrect items.

Who pays the return/exchange shipping fee?
