We ship via SF Express. Orders to Mainland China are dispatched from Shenzhen, while orders to other regions are shipped from Hong Kong.

- Weight Limits: The flat rates above cover standard apparel orders. Extremely heavy or bulk orders may incur additional surcharges.
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote areas or non-commercial addresses may be subject to a Remote Area Surcharge collected by SF Express upon delivery.
- Customs Duties & Taxes: Taiwan customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes required by local customs.

To ensure your Silent Worker gear arrives without delay:
- Real-Name Authentication: Per Taiwan Customs regulations, all cross-border shipments must be verified via the EZ WAY (易利委) app.
- Checkout Info: Please ensure the ID Number provided at checkout matches your EZ WAY registration.
- Privacy Guard: Your ID information is used strictly for customs clearance purposes. We do not store or use this data for any other purpose.

How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Hong Kong & Macao: 2–5 business days
- Mainland China & Taiwan: 3–7 business days
- Other Regions: 7–10 business days

Defective or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If we missed something, we’ll fix it.
- Eligibility: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Resolution: We offer a full refund or a free replacement for confirmed defects.
- Shipping: We will cover all shipping costs for returning defective goods.
- Standard Variations: Please note that minor thread ends, slight stitching variations, or microscopic stains are considered normal industry tolerances and do not qualify as defects.
Exchange Policy
- All Items, including opened items, can be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.
Conditions for Return / Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- Clean and unused (tried on for size is okay).
- In their original packaging with all tags/parts included.
- Free of blemishes, scents (chalk/perfume), or damage caused by improper usage.
